Dr. Hossam Mahmoud is the President-Elect for the Illinois Psychiatric Society (IPS) and Medical Director for ReGroup Telehealth. He will start the evening by talking about telepsychiatry, in general, and opportunities available with ReGroup.
Meryl Sosa is the Executive Director of IPS and works tirelessly to advocate for psychiatrists and their patients. She will provide us with practical tips on how to advocate for ourselves and our patients.
Dr. Shoaib Memon is passionate about psychodynamic psychotherapy, a Clinical Associate at the University of Chicago, and has his own private practice. He will speak with us about the basics of starting your own private practice.
Jon Fanning is Chief of Strategy and Membership with the American Psychiatric Association. He is invested in the success of trainees and early career physicians with experience in personal finance. Mr. Fanning with share advice on creating a secure financial future.
